ESD Epoxy Flooring

We manufacture and sell two grades of ESD Epoxy, both are lead-free.

StaticWorx GroundWorx
Budget friendly, thin-mil ESD epoxy coating.

GroundWorx is a two-part polymeric, static dissipative, epoxy coating (seamless matte finish) that can be applied by both novices and professionals. Despite its low cost, GroundWorx thin mil coating will permanently meet the static control flooring requirements of the 2007 revision of ANSI/ESD S20.20.

Staticworx High-Build
Thick, multi-layer ESD epoxy coating.

A static conductive, three layer static control epoxy coating manufactured for high traffic manufacturing , assembly and static sensitive areas where a glossy finish is preferred. Meets all aspects of ANSI/ESD S20.20 for use as a grounded floor in an electronics manufacturing facility.

Epoxy floor coating was specifically engineered for situations where a substantial investment in high end flooring might not be justified because the floor space may be temporary or redeployed for other usage in the future.

Many of our clients actually apply their epoxy floor themselves; it is extremely easy to repair, and ideal for challenging applications like warehouses and fork lift applications. Epoxy can even be installed in occupied spaces with adequate ventilation.

Recommended Applications:

  • Electronic Assembly, Test, Repair and Handling
  • Data and Telephony Closets
  • BGA rework
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Warehouses
  • Leased spaces
  • Pallet drop zones
  • Box build
  • SMT
  • Any space requiring permanent low cost ESD flooring.

*Epoxy Materials are a non-returnable item.
**Staticworx® is not responsible for joint repair after installation of epoxy.
